As Muslims celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, the Elerinmo of Erinmo-Ijesa Oba Michael Odunayo Ajayi Arowotawaya the second has called on them to always strive to conduct their daily lives in accordance with the clear and beneficial message of this occasion.
Oba Arowotawaya gave the advice in his message on the celebration Eid il Kabir festival.
Describing the celebration as a symbol of Allah’s munificent blessings and abiding love for humankind the Royal father, said Eid reminds muslims to place their faith in the compassion and wisdom of Allah and to be obedient to His instructions as demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim.
He implore muslims to rededicate themselves to greater adherence to the spiritually-enriching commands of Almighty Allah and show the true spirit of Islam in their endeavours.
