Sylvester Oromoni Death: Doctors Finally Release His Autopsy (See)

Doctors have finally revealed what led to the death of Sylvester Oromoni, a 12-year-old JSS 2 student of Dowen College, Lekki.

It would be recalled that Sylvester Oromoni was pronounced dead on November 30, 2021 days after he was allegedly beaten by some of his colleagues in the school.

According to the school authority, Sylvester sustained injuries from playing football.

However, the family said before he gave up the ghost, he revealed that he was brutalised by bullies and a substance was forced down his throat.

This revelation prompt an action from Nigerians with hashtag #JusticeForSylvester trending on all social media platforms.

Though it’s been months since the incident happened, Nigerians have continued to ask questions as there were rumours that the school authority is to let it cool off the grid.

Lagos State Government insisted that the case will be looked into and anyone found guilty will be prosecuted.

With the case still under investigation, the latest report from doctor has confirmed that Sylvester Oromoni died from Acute lung injury from chemical intoxication in a background of blunt force.

The autopsy result shared on social media by Sylvester oromoni family  was captioned with a post that reads:

The OROMONI FAMILY have been quiet because we’ve been patiently waiting for the Lagos state govt to conclude their autopsy and also to see how swift they are in carrying out #justiceforslyvester
