The minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, left Nigerians reeling in laughter after he promised to increase the wages of his official music band.
Wike was speaking at the commissioning of the collector road in Mabuchi to Judges quarters in the Katampe area of the FCT, which was executed by a Chinese firm, when the lead singer of the band chipped in to sing in ‘chinese.’
Impressed by band’s performance, the Minister announced publicly that their wages will be increased.
