AMILOADED MEDIA HUB NEWS UPDATE

The Senior Special Assistant to Osun State Governor on Civil Society, Comrade Adebisi Emmanuel, has met with the members of the committee on palliative distribution in the state, AMILOADED reports.

Adebisi met with the committee members Monday, September 11, 2023, in Osogbo, Osun State.

The SSA said he called the meeting concerning the palliative that was shared on Wednesday, September 6, which didn’t include the deaf association in the state.

He said, “I was called and told that the palliative didn’t get to them.

“A lot has also been said about the palliative from different quarters which it has been a burden on me, that is why I called this press conference to clear the air.

“The youth palliative doesn’t come to my quarters, I am not the SSA on youth which I shouldn’t be held responsible for. I made sure I monitor the palliative sharing as a committee.

“The palliative went round the local government and our principal Senetor Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke who is our governor has done the best he can do concerning this palliative by given instruction to every committee to share the palliatives at the local government level so that it can reach the grassroots.

“This evening I will be giving the one bag of rice rejected by Comrade Lawal to the deaf association because they need it and I will keep including them in our programmes.

“I also want to thank my principal the governor of Osun State, Governor Ademola Adeleke on how well he has been handling his office.”
