A journalist with the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), in Osun State, Isaac Haastrup, has raised alarm over the alleged rising cases of sexual harassment against worshippers, married women and minors by clerics.

“The high percentage of sexual harassment of worshippers in this country by clerics at any given chance, particularly married women and minors, worries me. Get up! Not everything your pastor or rabbi teaches you should be followed,” he wrote in a Facebook post on Friday, March 31, 2023.
