The All Progressives Congress senatorial candidate for Osun East, Hon. Israel Famurewa, has congratulated Bola Tinubu on his emergence as the APC presidential candidate for the 2023 general election, AMILOADED reports.
Famurewa, in a a statement issued by him on Thursday, said the APC convention that produced Tinubu as the party’s flag bearer was an indication that the internal democracy in the party is growing.
He added that the turn of things during the just concluded National Convention of the APC was an attestation to the fact that the party is growing by the day and is covering more grounds.
He said the unity of purpose between party stakeholders to elect its flag bearer was worthy of commendation.
The Osun East senatorial candidate expressed satisfaction that the emergence of Sen. Tinubu would further strengthen the party, calling on all stakeholders to form a formidable force for the success of the APC in all future elections it will be participating across the country.
Famurewa congratulated the National Leader of the APC who is now the presidential candidate of the party for the feat, saying he has reaped the reward of investing in humanity.
