A Strategic Recommendation for 2026: The Candidacy of Omooba Oyedotun Akanji Babayemi
Dear Respected Leaders, Elders, and Stakeholders of Our Great Party,
I extend my warmest regards and unwavering solidarity to you all as we collectively work towards the unity, strength, and victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State. I am Engr. Alamu Akeem Adelani, a dedicated party member from Iwo Local Government, writing to you with sincere intent and patriotic concern for the future of our great party, the state and good people of Osun.
As we look ahead to the 2026 gubernatorial election, the task of choosing our party’s standard bearer is one that must be approached with deep reflection and strategic foresight.
This moment calls for a leader who is not only competent but also widely acceptable, principled, and capable of uniting and inspiring both the party and the people of Osun State.

Why Omooba Oyedotun Akanji Babayemi?

He began his consultations only after seeking the blessings and guidance of party leaders, showing respect for structure and process.
Even in the face of setbacks after the 2022 election, he reengineered the APC or its members by giving us the hope and assuring us the better future for all.
