OOPA Begins 2024 Digital Week, Donates To Orphanage, Market

The Osun Online Publishers Association (OOPA) has officially kicked off its 2024 Digital Week Program today, Wednesday, 4th December.

The program began with a press conference featuring journalists, led by the Chairman of the Planning Committee, Mr. Adesoji Omosebi.

Following this, the association visited Abiye Orphanage Home in Osogbo, where they donated essential items to the children.

The orphanage’s manager, Mrs. Adegoke Bukola, expressed gratitude to the association for choosing the home for such a kind gesture.

Additionally, OOPA donated environmental sanitation supplies to Igbona Market in Osogbo to encourage cleanliness in the area.

The market’s Iyaloja thanked the association and offered prayers for continued blessings and success in their efforts.

The Digital Week lecture and awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, 5th December 2024, at 11:00 AM at Ben Bar Hall, beside Regina Suite, Ring Road, Osogbo, Osun State.

Distinguished individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of Osun State and Nigeria, as well as brands recognized through online voting, will be honored at the event.
