
Security agents on Saturday apprehended a young lady in Kabusa area of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, with 20 voters cards in the ongoing area council election.
The lady clad in black shirt and red trouser with white scarf, was apprehended at Polling Unit 001 in Kabusa Primary School.
She was escorted into a waiting police van with security agents.
Meanwhile, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike monitored the ongoing area council elections in the capital city.
As part of the monitoring exercise, Wike visited the polling unit at Karu Chief’s Palace, where he interfaced with adhoc staff members of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on ground.
The Minister asked about the turnout of voters in the ongoing voting exercise.
