A class representative has allegedly been arrested after course mates accused him of inflating the price of a compulsory course material and misappropriating funds.

According to reports circulating online, the class rep reportedly sold a book meant to cost ₦3,500 to students for ₦8,500.

Suspicion reportedly grew among classmates after he was noticed to have upgraded his phone from an iPhone XR to an iPhone 16 within a short period.
