The Osun State Chapter of the Action Peoples Party (APP) has filed contempt proceedings against council chairmen elected under the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Recall that the Federal High Court had earlier sacked the chairmen in a suit filed by the APP at the Federal High Court, and subsequently, the Court of Appeal upheld the judgment of the lower court.
It was gathered that the contempt proceedings were filed at the Federal High Court, Osogbo, on Tuesday.
