Delta Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) Bright Edafe, has reiterated that bail is free, but Nigerians are not willing to do the right thing.
Edafe added that Nigerians want equity but don’t want to go with clean hands.
In a post on his X handle on Thursday, April 4, Edafe wrote: “Bail is free.
“Yes, it’s free, na u no just wan do the right thing.
“I am saying this because on several occasions we get complaints regarding alleged extortion, we pick up the phone, talk to the IPO, find out what the offense is, and advise the case to be charged to court.
“Guess what, we receive another call accusing us of complicating their problem.
“The real problem is that we want equity but we don’t want to go with clean hands.
“Bail is free.”
