A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ife North Constituency in Osun State, Prince Debo Odesola, has congratulated the state governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, over his victory at the Court of Appeal on Friday, AMILOADED reports.
Odesola, in a statement he personally signed on Friday, said the “truth” has prevailed in the Appeal Court’s judgement.
He said, “The court of appeal sitting in Anuja has set aside tribunal judgement that give judgement in favour of Oyetola.
“The rule of law has proved by appeal court, which is absence of abitrary rule, to the masses in the just read verdict that upheld governor Ademola Adeleke as a winner of July 16th ,2022 governorship election on osun.
“It was very glaring that no amount of lies and manipulation can cover truth in any constitutional court of law. Meaning that, the truth will always prevail no matter how and at all cost.
“I want to commend all the judges for giving their judgement according to rule of law and they also affirm the supremacy of the law without bias.
“Congratulations to our amiable His Excellency Governor Ademola Adeleke Jackson Nurudeen, the leaders of our great party at all levels and party members for this historical victory.”
