A video captured a man sexually abusing a young woman who is battling mental health issues and lives on the street.
The incident, which has sparked outrage, occurred in the early hours of Monday, February 9, at Old Zenith Bank Road, by Ibadan Road, in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
The man is seen looking around, having pulled out the young woman’s breast from her blouse.
He then nods, like he is communicating non-verbally with a person off-camera, before bending his head and latching on to the woman’s breast.
