The creative director of ANIKECLOTHINGS, Salami Adijat Anike, has announced an innovative initiative aimed at supporting underprivileged children during the Sallah celebration in Osun.
The project, tagged “Sew On The Street,” will run for three consecutive days, starting on March 27, 2025, and concluding on March 30, 2025.

Speaking with Amiloaded, Adijat said her team will bring sewing machines and materials directly to the streets to create custom Sallah dresses for kids who cannot afford them.
According to her, the three-day event promises to blend creativity with compassion, offering a unique experience for the community.
She added that the “Sew On The Street” project is designed to cater to over 200 less privileged children who will receive a tailored dress, ready to wear for the Sallah celebration.
The initiative reflects ANIKECLOTHINGS’ commitment to giving back to society while showcasing the power of fashion as a tool for social good.
Adijat, who has built a reputation for her creative designs, expressed her excitement about the project.
“This is about more than just clothes; it’s about bringing joy and dignity to these kids,” she said.
