Yemi-Kehinde GBERA Foundation To Distribute Free JAMB Forms To Osun Students

In its quest to promote education and empower indigent students, the GBERA Foundation is set to distribute free Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) forms to hundreds of less privileged students across Ayedaade/Isokan/Irewole Federal Constituency in Osun State and other Local Governments in Osun West.

The Foundation announced this in a statement made available to AMILOADED on Friday.

GBERA Foundation stated that the annual initiative, which has been ongoing for years, aims to support students who lack financial resources to pursue their academic dreams.

In 2024, the Foundation supported over 300 students across various local governments with free JAMB forms, with some top performers receiving university admission fee payments.

Speaking on the empowerment programme, the Founder and Chairman of the GBERA Foundation, Yemi Kehinde, said: “This initiative is driven by our passion to assist less privileged students, providing opportunities for growth and development.”

Kehinde emphasised giving back to the community, stating: “As individuals, we must support those in need, bridging the gap between the privileged and underprivileged.”

According to him, his philanthropic drive is rooted in his upbringing, adding: “I inherited this passion from my late father, Chief Albert Adeyemi Kehinde.

“I’m also inspired by the charitable and altruistic footsteps of my uncle, Omooba Dotun Babayemi, the ‘Alatunto of Osun’.

“The GBERA Foundation is a non-governmental organisation promoting education, healthcare, and economic empowerment in Osun State and beyond.

“We’ve been supporting our community for years without requesting donations from individuals or organisations.

“Interested students from Ayedaade/Isokan/Irewole Federal constituency can visit the GBERA Foundation head office in Gbongan, Ayedaade Local Government, or contact the coordinators through the Facebook page ‘Gbera Foundation’ for more information.

“To qualify, students must have at least 5 credits in major and compulsory subjects. Free UTME forms will be distributed arbitrarily, without political bias or affiliations.”
