A renowned advocacy group, Balogun Jorjor Initiative, has congratulated the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Gboyega Oyetola, on his “exceptional” performance in President Bola Tinubu-led administration.
The group, in a statement signed by its coordinator, Abeeb Muyiwa Abdulamid, on Saturday, described Oyetola, the immediate past governor of Osun State, as the best-performing minister under Tinubu’s administration.
The Balogun Jorjor Initiative commended Oyetola’s dedication, hard work, and innovative approach to transforming the marine sector.
The group listed the minister’s achievements to include the implementation of reforms, infrastructure development, and significant improvements in the sector’s efficiency and effectiveness.
It stated, “Minister Adegboyega’s outstanding performance is a testament to his commitment to excellence and his dedication to the progress of our great nation.
“His accomplishments in the marine sector have set a high standard for his colleagues and demonstrated the potential for impactful leadership in government.”
The Balogun Jorjor Initiative also acknowledged President Tinubu’s leadership in appointing “a talented and results-driven” minister like Oyetola, saying, “The President’s decision to entrust Minister Adegboyega with the marine portfolio has yielded remarkable results, and we believe this recognition will inspire even greater achievements in the future.”
The group, therefore, called on other ministers and public officials to emulate Oyetola’s “exemplary performance, striving for similar excellence in their respective roles”.
