AMILOADED MEDIA HUB NEWS UPDATE

The Coalition Of Youth Voice movement ,has cleared air on alleged misappropriation of funds by Osun State Peoples Democratic Party Chairman, Mr Sunday Bisi.

in a statement jointly signed by Com. Adebisi O Emmanuel , Ilufemiloye Kayode,
President coalition of youth voice movements/Endsars, said the party chairman always exemplified transparency, adherence to strict financial guidelines, and an unwavering commitment to our party’s principle.

The statement reads; “I hope this message finds you well. Today, I would like to address a grave accusation against our esteemed State Party Chairman Mr Sunday Bisi, regarding the alleged misappropriation of funds. It is essential that we establish the facts and castigate the opposition party (APC) who conveniently fail to acknowledge their own missteps when entrusted with the same financial resources.

“First and foremost, I would like to firmly state that our State Party Chairman has always exemplified transparency, adherence to strict financial guidelines, and an unwavering commitment to our party’s principles. It is imperative to remember that accusaqtions should not be mistaken for factual evidence, and we must allow a fair investigation into the matter before making any hasty judgments.

“In contrast, let us examine the track record of the opposition, who seem to have a selective memory when it comes to fiscal responsibility. During their time in power, they had ample opportunities to allocate funds in a responsible and egalitarian fashion. Unfortunately, their actions tell a different story:

“1. Frivolous Expenditures: The opposition party squandered valuable funds on lavish luxuries in the name of political dinners, extravagant parties, or personal trips. These actions demonstrate a complete disregard for the trust imposed upon them and a prioritization of personal gratification over the needs of the people they claimed to represent.

“2. Lack of Accountability: Transparency and accountability should be the cornerstones of any public financial system. Sadly, the opposition party exhibited a lack of oversight, conveniently turning a blind eye to the misuse of funds that occurred during their tenure. Their refusal to acknowledge their own failings only highlights their hypocrisy and double standards.

“3. Failure to Deliver Results: Despite having access to substantial financial resources, the opposition failed to utilize these funds effectively for the betterment of our state. Programs and initiatives that were promised to uplift the lives of citizens remained either incomplete or were implemented with subpar results. Their inability to demonstrate tangible progress serves as a clear testament to their ineffective management of funds.

“While it is crucial to uphold the highest standards of accountability and integrity within our party, we must acknowledge that allegations alone cannot be considered conclusive evidence. We urge all party members to support a thorough investigation into the matter and allow the truth to prevail.

“We should recall the 18billion naira loan took by the APC administration after their disgraceful loss of the last election that brought our government to power.

“A normal thinking citizen will know that the act of collecting loan after loosing an election is dubious, questionable suspicious and unworthy.

“Furthermore, the blatant lies of the settlement of police brutality victims of the past administration is still a gun powder that may eplode anytime soon after APC government claimed that they have settled them in their usual act of political propaganda. We all know it’s a lie, no one was settled.

“It’s shameful ,dishourable and disgraceful that a person of AYO Ologun that has a reproachable and questionable character will bring up such an allegation to the reputable state government of Osun.

“AYO Ologun has forgotten that he who comes into equity must come with clean hands and also he who lives in a glass house shouldn’t throw stones.

“We shall come up later to demand for all the money he collected .

“In conclusion, let us rally behind our State Party Chairman Mr Sunday bisi who has tirelessly dedicated their efforts towards furthering our party’s goals and values. As responsible members of this organization, we must rise above mere conjecture and baseless accusations and focus on the tremendous contributions our Chairman has made to the advancement of our shared agenda.

“Thank you for your understanding and for maintaining an open mind amidst the current situation. Together, we can emerge stronger and more united in the face of adversity.”
