Old video of a yet-to-be-identified mentally challenged man preaching to the crowd about hell fire has resurfaced online.

The shirtless man who was surrounded by the passerby, watching him as he used his hand to demonstrate, rejected money they contributed for him and asked them to give the money to the poor.

Checks by AMILOADED correspondent shows that the video first appear in the public domain in 2020, as the clip resurfaces on the internet recently.
