According to a tweet posted on Tuesday by one of Nigeria’s foremost military blogs, ZagazOlaMakama, the event was held in Kano.

Sharing a video and photos, ZagazOlaMakama wrote, “Today in Kano, they held ‘World Mad People Day’.”
