Reaction As Campaign Poster Of PDP Senator Supporting Tinubu Surfaces Online

Ahead of the official flag-off of the 2023 campaign on Wednesday, a poster of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP senator, Chimaroke Nnamani and the All Progressives Congress, APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu has emerged.


The poster which was tagged ‘Ebano 4 Tinubu’ was sighted in parts of Enugu State on Monday and currently making the rounds on social media.

While Tinubu appeared on the poster as APC presidential candidate, the lawmaker and former Enugu State Governor is seeking re-election to represent the Enugu East Senatorial District at the red chamber.

Meanwhile, reacting to questions online, the lawmaker in a post on his handles, said he has great respect for the APC candidate.

He wrote, “HE Tinubu is my friend, brother and colleague. I have great respect for him, his political antecedents and his strides in governance.

“And I am very proud and well pleased with him. Anybody belly aching should go …himself”.

According to DailyPost report, the ruling party had listed Chimaroke as a member of its Presidential Campaign Council, PCC, for the forthcoming 2023 election despite being a PDP member.

  1. Let him defect to APC, he cannot eat his cake and have it at the same time. He is an hypocrite. He will surely fail woefully, unless Enugu people don’t know what they are doing. He denied Obi, his kinsman, he denied his party candidate, Atiku and went ahead as a PDP candidate to support tinubu offers APC, there is no sense in his decision at all. He thought the INEC will rig elections for tinubu and his supporters, he is making a grave mistake of his life. Buhari will not allow any rigging and INEC through Osun Election already showed to Nigerians that they now wanted the best for Nigerians. Let’s wait and see what will happen to Chimaroisale. So, APC will support the thief against theirs own candidate, ka ma ri.
