Tinubu’s Presence At Inauguration Lifted My Spirit- SA President Ramaphosa

South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa, has said that the presence of President Bola Tinubu at his inauguration lifted his spirit, and gave huge encouragement to South Africans.

He disclosed this while addressing the press after his bilateral talks with Tinubu on Thursday, June 20.

He said: “I am very honoured to have him(Tinubu) at my inauguration yesterday.

“It was a moment that lifted my spirit, and gave a huge encouragement to us South Africans that that the President of the largest country by population on the continent, large economy could come and be in attendance at my inauguration.

“It’s a great honour and very great privilege. I feel at home as well to have this momemnt, have a discussion with President Tinubu on a whole range of issue.

“And of course we’ve set up a government of national unity and i’m particularly pleased that the African continent has responded positively to the news that we will continue stabilising the politics of our country.”

President Bola Tinubu received the newly inaugurated South Africa President, Cyril Ramaphosa, in his hotel, discussing diplomatic, economic and bilateral talks.
