The foremost group rooting for the presidential aspiration of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Tinubu Support Organisation, Osun State chapter, has held its strategic meeting in the state, AMILOADED reports.
Speaking at the meeting, the Chief Coordinator of the TSO in Osun State, Otunba Olusegun Ayodele Fanibe (a.k.a Oko-Arugbo), said the group is all for inclusive and not divisive because Asiwaju’s presidential aspiration is for all Nigerians irrespective of religion, creed or ethnic background.
The meeting was held at the APC Secretariat in Osogbo, the Osun State capital.
In a statement made available to AMILOADED on Friday by the Director, Media and Publicity, Tinubu Support Organisation, Osun State, MacDonald Oladipo, the TSO Coordinator in Oosun State implored the members to work assiduously for the electoral victory of Tinubu in the 2023 general election.
“Amongst the top four contesting for Nigeria’s presidency, (APC, PDP, LP, and NNPP), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the only Yoruba as no other Yoruba is presidential candidate or vice-presidential candidate in other parties.
“His dexterity, acumen will be of great valuable asset to Nigeria and thus reawaken the giant of Africa as the centre piece of the continent.”
“This will be achieved because of his political antecedents, administrative expertise, talent hunters (which is second to none in the country) and financial wizardry,” he said.
The statement added, “The Group reviewed the activities of TSO structures in Osun-State from Units, Wards, Local Governments and State levels with assurance that it will work relentlessly for the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“It also reviewed the just concluded Osun State Gubernatorial Election and affirmed that the good governance of His Excellency, the amiable governor Gboyega Oyetola will continue in Osun-State and the state will continue to enjoy the national and or global recognition due to governor Gboyega Oyetola outstanding performances.”
The meeting was attended by the State Executives, Local Governments Executives and members of the group across the state.
