Osun Muslim Lawyers’ Association Holds Ramadan program on Saturday

The  Muslim Lawyers’ Association of Nigeria, (MULAN), Osun State Chapter will hold her annual Ramadan program on Saturday, April 9, 2022, AMILOADED reports.

In a release made available to AMILOADED in Osogbo on Thursday by the Association Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Dawood Ajetunmobi, the program will hold on Saturday at Osogbo City Hall, Olonkoro, Osogbo, the Osun State capital by 9.00am .

Ajetunmobi stated that the annual program, which is equivalent to equivalent to Ramadan 8th,1443AH, will feature two lectures which will be delivered by Islamic scholars, Alhaji Femi  Abass, the Head of Media, Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in Nigeria, and Dr Akeem Bello, a medical practitioner in Osun State.

He added that Alhaji Abass will deliver lecture titled, ‘Social Deliquencies in Nigeria:Islam as Pancea’, while Dr Akeem will engage the audience on ‘Ramadan in the Era of Pandemics’.

The chairman of the 2022 Ramadan planning Committee,!Barr. A.O Sanusi, while enjoining members of the Association and general public to attend the program with their families, promised that the program would be spiritually filled.

MULAN, Osun State Chapter, is the umbrella association of all the Muslims in Osun State who have been called to the Nigeria Bar and are into legal practice.
