Osun Indigene, Akin Okunade, Set To Release New Movie ‘ILEPA’

An Osun indigene, Prince Akin Okunade, is set to release a new movie, ‘The Haunted Ilepa’.

The producer made the disclosure via a statement made available to AMILOADED on Monday.

According to Okunade, the movie was borne out of the persistent depression among youths which have been leading to suicide.

He stated that “There’s always an invisible force haunting their spirit which drifts them to lonely world. A lot of them experience ill luck and see death as the only escape route from the vicissitudes of life.

“This movie is correctitude to this mistaken belief so that everyone can look inward and assess their spiritual being to their ways of life. Retracing some important steps matter a lot in finding a lasting solution to this menace.

“No matter how little, luck is made for everyone in life. There’s a step we miss at a point that becomes our greatest undoing. A man is born to the world to fulfill his destiny but the only soul of his existence may be snuffed out if he misses an important step of his being.

“People sail through the sea of life without using a paucity of their glory till death, forgetting that life is the hallmark of our spiritual being and once they are in harmony, fortune comes seamlessly. Otherwise, you will be haunted to the grave until you find peace with your spirituality,” Okuade said.

Akin Okunade hails from Osogbo, the Osun State capital.

He is the General Secretary of Association of Tutorial School Operators, Osogbo.

Okunade is also a freelance journalist and a poet who has been writing for the Nigeria Tribune Newspaper since 2009 on major issues concerning the country.

He was presented an award by Osun Youth Reformers Initiative in 2017 as an Ambassador in Education.

Akin Okuade is married with two kids.
