Kenyan police authority is currently investigating the death of a young man who was allegedly killed by his 19-year-old girlfriend.
Reports had it that the victim, Eric Gitonga was stabbed to death by his school dropout girlfriend who accused him of infidelity.
It’s gathered that the suspect, Jacklyn Wawira, killed her 25-year-old boyfriend at her grandmother’s compound where she had been staying.
A further revelation about the occurrence revealed that Wawira and her boyfriend who are both petrol station attendant, had a heated argument which degenerated into a fight, making her grab a kitchen knife which she used in stabbing him to death.
Confirming the incident, Mwea West Sub-county police commander Stephen Okal said; “We have managed to recover the murder weapon and the lady is being held at Kiamaciri police station.”
Okal further revealed that further investigations are ongoing to unearth further details on the incident.
