A newlywed singer fell to his death from a hotel balcony while allegedly trying to hide from his wife after having a party with a model and a friend.
Brazilian MC Kevin plummeted to his death in Rio de Janeiro after supposedly meeting with Bianca Domingues, 26, and his friend Victor Fontanelle for a booze and sex-fuelled evening.
The 23-year-old singer, real name Kevin Nascimento Bueno, had only been married to his lawyer wife Deolane Bezerra for a matter of weeks.
Mr Bueno was said to have gone out to hide on the balcony after a pal of his was told by the singer’s security guard that his wife, who was also staying at the hotel, was looking for him.
It is believed he was trying to lower himself to the balcony below from the fifth-floor room at the Barra Brisa hotel when he fell to the ground below, landing next to the swimming pool.
Mr Bueno was rushed to Miguel Couto Hospital in the Brazilian city where he was pronounced dead on Sunday.
Ms Domingues, who has reportedly worked as an escort and posed nude, claims she was asked if she would have paid sex with the singer and Mr Fontanelle, but it would have to be kept a secret from the former’s wife.
She claims they each paid her around £130 for the transaction.
After receiving a WhatsApp message from the security guard, Mr Fontanelle suggested they leave the room but the trio continued to have sex.
After they were finished Mr Fontanelle went to the bathroom to clean himself up and was asked by Mr Bueno if someone had entered the room.
He returned from the bathroom to find the singer dangling from the balcony before his fatal fall.
Ms Domingues screamed for someone to call for an ambulance while Mr Fontanelle ran down to check on his friend.
The model was ordered to leave the hotel by the singer’s security guard and told to go back to her hotel.
MC Kevin was a popular funk singer from São Paulo and had 8.6 million followers on Instagram along with 1.8 million registered listeners on Spotify.
He had previously been the subject of a number of police charges, which included footage of him swearing aggressively at officers earlier this year.
He was also arrested at a hotel in the city of Belo Horizonte for drug use in 2019 and was reported by his neighbours for breaching Covid-19 restrictions last year.
After news of his death broke, wife Ms Bezerra posted a photo of the couple at their wedding on Instagram, writing: “You are and will always be the love of my life, the most beautiful love I had, the man who loved and admired me the most!
“Go with God, my boy, I will always love you!”
The couple married in Tulum, Mexico, on April 29 and he had previously been in a relationship with Evelin Gusmão with whom he had a daughter called Soraya.
The police continue to investigate his death.
