Following the disbandment of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS ) by the Inspector General Of Police, Muhammadu Adamu, a video has emerged online showing an angry officer shooting in public.
It was gathered that the incident occurred on Sunday at Sango area in Ibadan, Oyo State barely two hours after the dissolution of F-SARS by the IGP.
