Buruji Kashamu’s Death: Burial Date, Venue, Time Announced

The late Senator Buruji Kashamu would be laid to rest on Sunday at his Ijebu-Igbo residence in Ogun state.

A family source who spoke craved anonymity, said Kashamu would be buried according to Islamic rites by 10am at his “Omo’lu” residence in Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun state.

Kashamu, who represented Ogun-East senatorial district between 2015 and 2019, died at First Cardiology Consultants, Lagos.

It was learnt that Kashamu, who had diabetes and high blood pressure, was admitted at the hospital for over a week before giving up the ghost.
