Osun Commissioner, Badmus Hails Oyetola For Considering Osogbo Indigenes In Latest Appointments

The Commissioner for Regional Integration and Special Duties in Osun stste, Olalekan Badmus, has expressed gratitude to the state Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, over the recent appointments made.

Badmus who made this know on Friday, said Osogbo, which happens to be his hometown, has been one of the top gainers of the dividends of this administration.

According to him, “The last 72 hours have been a huge blessing to us as Mr Governor rightly appointed some sons and daughters of Osogbo Oroki.

“On behalf of the entire indigenes of Oshogbo, I express our sincerest appreciation for the appointment of my great egbon, Brig. Gen. Ademola Aderibigbe, as the Chairman of Amotekun Board; my good friend and brother, Prince Femi Adeniran, as the Special Adviser on Osun Investment Promotion Agency; my wonderful sister and a great progressive as the Senior Special Assistant on Women and Children, Fasilat Bola Jimoh; also my fantastic brother and friend, Aremo Adelabu, as Special Adviser on Youth and Sports and Hon. Okunade Akeem Samaja, as the Senior Special Assistant on Commerce. ”

He added that the recent grace received by the state’s capital was as a result of their unalloyed support for the sitting Governor thrown behind, while emphasising that there were more benefits to enjoy by the sons and daughters of Oshogbo.

He said, “This is not the end of the great things that would happen to Osogbo. We are just beginning to enjoy the dividends of our support for this present administration.”
