2019 Poll: Oyewo Pledges Transparency, Accountability Of Government

The Candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC in February’s National Assembly Election from Osogbo/Olorunda/Irepodun/Orolu Federal Constituency, Mr Bukola Oyewo has stated his resolve to promote the ideals of Service Delivery, Accountability and Transparency if he is elected.

Oyewo while exchanging views with newsmen explained that his ambition to represent the people of his constituency is hinged on the need to ensure the delivery of dividends of democracy to his people.

According to him, more needs to be done in taking to the Federal level, the yearnings and aspirations of the people to the cause of development which will be enhanced by voting him in the General Elections.

The APC Candidate who hails from Ifon-Osun in Orolu Local Government Area of the state of Osun noted that as an astute business administration with experience in both Public and Private Service, the attraction of various developmental projects as well as concerted efforts in making the Nigeria project work requires the expertise and intellect he has.

He said “I will work to ensure my people receive necessary infrastructural developmental projects/strides my predecessors have not accomplished and pushing them through while being committed to the ideals of Quality Representation and Effective Lawmaking to the Course of Good Governance in Nigeria.”

“If I am elected, I will endeavour to work with my colleagues from the state to pursue the common goal of our state’s development quest and due cooperation with the State Government on areas of need. I will also make sure there is Accountability and Transparency in Terms of Regular Engagement with our people in the facilitation of Social Amenities and Development of the Society.”

“I also aim to put in place various strategies of Empowerment, Job Creation as well as Laudable projects towards delivery of dividends of Democracy. This is why I urge every eligible voter in our constituency to support me to achieve this lofty objectives. I am eminently qualified academically and morally to take up this gauntlet.”

Mr Bukola Oyewo is of the view that if credible, responsible and efficient people are elected to represent them at the National Assembly, the plethora of development will be rapid aiding an all-inclusive growth.
