Alleged Attack On Late Adeleke: APC Leaders Are Plotting With Police To Discredit Me With Trumped-up Charges – Omisore

A former Deputy Governor of Osun State, Senator Iyiola Omisore, has described his recent invitation by the police over alleged attack on late Senator Isiaka Adeleke as a plot by some powerful leaders in the ruling opposition party, All Progressives Congress (APC) to discredit him

Omisore declared that the purported invitation showed that the Police have connived with some leaders of APC to malign his personality  by brandishing trumped-up charges.

Omisore who a two term Senator explained to Amiloaded in a press release that the opposition is apparently working with the Nigeria Police or some of their officers to realise their sinister plot against his person.

He described  the invitation over an alleged  attack on late Senator Adeleke as laughable, saying he wondered when the late lawmaker made the report as no date was given in the letter.

Senator Iyiola Omisore had earlier been invited by the police in a letter dated 20th October 2017 to meet with Deputy Commissioner of police in charge of State criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department in connection with a case of Assault occasioning harm reported by (late) Senator Isiaka Adeleke against him.
