The Minority Leader of Osun State House of Assembly and lawmaker representing Ife East State Constituency, Hon. Akinwale Akinwole Omilaj has congratulates Muslims faithfuls across the State for this Sallah celebration. In his message made available to Amiloaded.com, he urged the citizens to be law abiding and celebrate in accordance with the will of Allah.
He statement read “I extend my felicitations and warm greetings to all Muslim faithfuls across the State most especially my constituents as we celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Kabir festival. I also congratulate all our families, friends and loved ones who successfully are partakers in this year Hajj. I want to seize this opportunity of this Sallah celebration to enjoin us to embrace peace, extend love to everyone as we have been thought by Allah (SWT), irrespective of our religious, tribe, political or social affiliations. To reflects on how we can bring the virtues and ideals of our religious beliefs to bear on the positive resolution of the many challenges facing our dear country.”
“While we are celebrating the joy of this season, I enjoy us to be law abiding citizens and celebrate in accordance to the will of Almighty Allah, extends our sincere love to the less privileged around us.”
“However, I want to also use this medium to commend our Civil Servants at the Local and State levels for their doggedness and resilience in exercising their full-time services despite the half salaries being paid by the government, I sincerely identify with with you and share in your pains. So also the pensioners, our senior citizens who have successfully served this state in one capacity or the other. I assure you that all these hard time shall come to an end in soon time. Your government is coming back” he stated.
