The former Executive Assistance to the former Chairman of Iwo Local Government, Mr. Tajudeen Adekunbi is currently setting a leading record by empowering the less privileged and vulnerable in Iwo and its environs.
The empowerment which ranges from the provision of interest free loans to the traders to nonrefundable loans to the widows and it also includes the provision of herbicides and pesticides to the farmers to improve their productivity and output.
Tajudeen Adekunbi who was also once a political aide to the former Secretary to the State Government in Osun State, Alhaji Kazeem Ademola Adio, have expanded the coast of his generosity through the provision of sewing machines, Pressing Iron, Radio, Wall Clock and Cooking Gas, among other countless equipments to the people of Iwo.
Adekunbi refused to perceive those that people refers to as ‘Area Boyz’ as useless members of the society so he granted them nonrefundable loans which will has in turn make them beneficial members of the society. This in particular has gone a long way in sustaining the reigning peace in Iwo and its environs.
This however is a genuine call to the entire people of Iwo to value the treasure in their industrious son, Tajudeen Adekunbi by giving him the needed support to make him do better in empowering his people and elevating his society.
This outstanding display of leadership qualities of Mr. Tajudeen Adekunbi is worthy of emulation by other politicians especially in making life better for the entire citizenry.
