Osun State governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola has cleared the air on his political future after leaving office as the Governor of the State later next year.
Aregbesola made it known to the public at the program titled ‘Ogbenitilldabreak’ expressed that he could contest anywhere in Nigeria for any elective position in future while addressing a question from Nigerian Tribune reporter in Osogbo on Saturday morning on whether he would be returning to Lagos state to contest for the seat of Senate as been speculated around.
Amiloaded gathered that he said, ‘As big as I am in Osun today, that is exactly how I’m big in Lagos state. No politician in Nigeria can claim to have these rare political feature. But my decision to either contest in Osun or return to Lagos is not yet made, for now I am the Governor of Osun.’
