A Kenyan man named Ken Karimi has exposed on Facebook, a woman who allegedly gave him HIV and allegedly, is on a spree to infect more Kenyan men with the deadly virus.
The man confessed that he was infected by the girl after a night of unbridled debauchery. He was too drunk the night he slept with her, so didn’t wear a condom. He got to find out he was infected after he and the girl got into a heated argument.
