Goat Thief Caught In Benin. Paraded With The Goat On His Neck (See Photos)

This Guy was caught yesterday around Eweka Lane for stealing goat.

He was paraded round the town with the goat and later taken to Ivbiotor Police Station at Dumez Road, Benin City.
