President Muhammadu Buhari today received officials of the National Union Of Petroleum & Natural Gas Workers NUPENG and Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, PENGASSAN, at the state house today March 23rd. Issues bordering on the lingering fuel scarcity were discussed.
