It is as they say ‘everyday for the thief and one day for the owner of the house’. This robber was caught in the act during an operation last night at the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) building at 112 Obafemi Awolowo way, Ikeja, Lagos.. The young man was beaten mercilessly and stripped unclad till this morning before being handed over to the authorities.
