A Federal High Court in Abuja today denied the bail application documented by previous Chief of Defense Staff, Alex Badeh. Badeh is being confined by the EFCC over claims of redirecting N3.9billion Nigeria Airforce Funds while he was in office. He was captured by EFCC agents on February eighth. Badeh will be summoned on March seventh.
The court denies Alex Badeh’s bail.
