Senator Oriolowo Gives Help To Victim Of Iwo Rainstorm, Assures Others Of Support

 

 

The Senator representing Osun West Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Senator Adelere Oriolowo, has provided succor to victim of the rainstorm that affected the Iwo community.

Senator Oriolowo was said to have been touched with the havoc on Mr Lateef Asekunlowo’s building during one of his visits to the community.

AMILOADED gathered that the senator after his visit instructed one of his aides to evaluate the cost implications of re-roofing the building.

Speaking on the development, Senator Oriolowo disclosed that the building was given a facelift five days after his visit to the town.

He added that his Administrative Officer, Mr Niyi Aderibigbe, also visited Sekona in Ede East to give the residents more upscale development on his ongoing efforts on the fire outbreak that affected some business centres in the community.

The Senator, therefore, assured the victims of his support, adding that the reports of the incident have been forwarded to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), National Commission for Refugees Migrants, Internally Displaced Persons, as well as every other relevant government agencies for quick assistance.
