PDP Ward Congress Committee Assures Party Members Of Good Conduct, Says Stakeholders Working Ahead Osun 2022 Election

The Chairman of the Ward Congress Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State, Senator Oker Jev, has said that the Congress would be devoid of favouritism in the state, AMILOADED reports.

Senator Jev made this known after a meeting with party stakeholders at the State Secretariat in Osogbo, the Osun State capital on Saturday.

The PDP is today having its nationwide ward congress to elect their EXCOS ahead of the local, state and National Congresses scheduled for November, 2021.

Sen. Jev, while speaking to newsmen after the meeting on Saturday, said the stakeholders of the party have been encouraged to work together towards a victorious outing in next year’s governorship election in Osun State.

He said, “Early this morning some stakeholders came from the two sides to meet with us but I told them them I’ll only meet the two sides together at once. That’s the meeting we have done now and we have agreed on what to do. I’ll be disappointed if after now a group is saying contrary.

“All stakeholders must work together towards a victorious outing in next year’s governorship elections,” Senator Jev stated.
