The outgoing Chairman of Olorunda North Local Council Development Area of Osun State, Hon. Abiodun Musbaudeen Ajisebiyawo(Haji), on Saturday, appreciated the state governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola and the All Progressives Congress (APC) led by Prince Gboyega Famodun for the support he received during his tenure as the Chairman of Olorunda North LCDA.
Hon. Ajisebiyawo expressed his appreciation while speaking to AMILOADED at the commissioning primary health care centre in Agunbelewo, Osogbo, Osun State.
He said, “I feel so much honored to welcome you all to this memorable event of commissioning the primary health care centre of Olorunda North LCDA Ota-Efun situated at this place Agunbelewo Area, Osogbo, Osun State.
“As we are all witnessing the dividends of democracy across the various angles of Osun State by the innovative and visionary leader, the Executive Governor of our progressive party, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola.
“As a matter of fact, this primary health care centre that we are commissioning today 5th day of February, 2021, foundationally laid down by Honourable Okunade Oladehinde Akeem (a.k.a) Samanja during his tenure as the Chairman of Olorunda LGA Igbona, Osogbo, but with the establishment of local development area by Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola in 2016, the ownership was transferred to Olorunda North LCDA Ota-Efun Osogbo.
“Furthermore, the late Hon Owonikoko Quadri continue the building up of primary health care centre immediately he assumed office has the Chairman of the LCDA in 2017 up to 2020. Hon. Abiodun Ajisebiyawo happened to be his vice Chairman.
“To the Glory of Almighty Allah (S.W.T) I Hon Musbaudeen Abiodun Ajisebiyawo assumed office as the Chairman of Olorunda North LCDA Ota-Efun in June 2020 after the demised of late Hon Quadri Owonikoko (Integrity) and continue the good legacy of my Boss by completing project we are commissioning today and many more of them like, drilling of motorized borehole at Ota-Efun, purchase and installation of 500KVA/U/0.46KVA transformer at Kobogbogboe, Osogbo, Construction of LCDA Secretariat Ota-Efun, Osogbo, extension of two phase electricity distribution network at Oba-Oke Lagunle High School, on-going construction of Dagbolu Garage.”
Speaking further, Hon. Ajisebiyawo lauded the moral and technical backing he received from the people of Olorunda North LCDA, under His Royal Majesty, Ataoja of Oshogbo, Oba Jimoh Olanipekun Larooye ||, Olooba Oke of Oba Oke, Oba Adam Yussuf Iyiola and Olooba Ile, Oba Dr. Adekunle Asamu Oyeyemi, SA to the Governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy, Hon. Rasak Adeosun, Hon. Moshood Kunle Akande, Hon. Representing Olorunda State Constituency, Hon. Solagbade Oladepo, Hon. Commissioner for Environment and Sanitation, Party Leaders, Local and Ward Executives and all party supporters in Olorunda North.
He added that all his achievements across the nooks and crannies of Olorunda North LCDA could not have been possible without the unwavering support from the state government and my good people.
“I count myself as the lucky one to be a Council Chairman under the administration of Governor Oyetola. My achievements would have been nothing without the Governor, the APC, Staff and People of Olorunda North LCDA and my colleagues. I dedicate these achievements to you all.
“I am also grateful to my parents, wife, children and friends for their support and prayer which made me overcome some challenges while serving people of Olorunda North LCDA.
“I want to again reiterate my undaunted loyalty to Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola, Silent Achiever and the APC, the party of the masses as I promise to ensure that I will continue to work for the success of the party at all levels,” he stated.
In his speech, the representative of the governor at the event, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Prince Gboro Ilori, applauded the outgoing Chairman for given back to society and for complementing on the good legacy of the present administration.
He, therefore, wished the outgoing Chairman success in his future endeavors.
