A team from national secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Friday screened 2 senatorial aspirants seeking to contest the Osun West Senatorial bye election on the platform of the party.
The screening saw the delegation led by Chief Makanjuola Ogundipe asking Senator Akinlabi Olasunkanmi and Colonel Olayiwola Falabi, the two aspirants that attended the screening, questions about the past political and appointive posts.
Amiloaded had initially reported that 6 aspirants wrote the party leadership in the state, showing intention to vie for its ticket.
But only two, ex Senator representing West Senatorial District, who also served under Ya’ardua/Goodluck Presidency as Minister For Youth Development, Akinlabi Olasunkanmi and Colonel Olayiwola Falabi came for screening.
