Osun Poll: APC Reps Aspirant, Bola Ige Canvasses Support, Vote For Oyetola

A House of Representatives aspirant seeking to  represent Iwo/Ayedire/Ola Oluwa Federal Constituency, Barrister Abimbola Ige has urged all indigenes and residents of Osun state to support and vote for the candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the September 22 gubernatorial election in the state, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola.

Barrister Ige made this known in his hometown, Oluponna, Ayedire South LCDA, while addressing members of the APC in the town on Thursday.

Ige who stormed the three political wards in Oluponna with a team of supporters was first received in his Ward, Ward 3 by the Chairman, Chief Egbelakin and numerous party members.

In his words, the legal practitioner thanked the politicians for their commitment and loyalty to the party, even in the face of intimidation.

He described the current moment in the state as a time for the people to make the right choice by voting for the APC candidate, Alhaji Oyetola to sustain the good governance being enjoyed currently in the state.

He said, “let us refuse all attempts by some confused politicians to draw us back, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola led APC government has done a lot for the state, he has laid a solid foundation for our future and Alhaji Oyetola is equipped to do more.”

“For the sake of doubt, let me also resound it to you all that I’m still in the race, I’m still aspiring to represent you in the House of Representatives under the platform of our great party, APC.”

“I want you to see me as your worthy son to be sent this message to the National Assembly and I promise not to disappoint you.”

The politician however took the APC message to the Ward 2 under Alhaji Wasiu Ogunyemi and Ward 1 led by Alhaji Ganiyu Amoo, where his message was well received with admiration.
