Osun Lawmaker Nude Video : Court Grant Osun Monarch Son In-law  Bail of 1m 
The Osun State Magistrate’s Court sitting In Osogbo the state capital  has on Tuesday granted Olalekan Muhammed, the Son of Olosunjela of Osunjele Ijesa, Oba Muhammed Babatunde who is standing trial on Advance free Fraud  bail of 1m with two sureties.
Olalekan, a Commissioner II in the Osun State Local Government Service Commission was arraigned  on October 12  alongside Rasheed Bakare, also an In-law to the monarch on three count of fraud, steal and felony. 
AMILOADED reported that the  duo accused person were  alleged of defrauding Osun Lawmaker, Timothy Owoeye, to the tune of 38m with the pretence of Organising Spiritual prayers to avert his death. 
The duo who pleaded not guilty to the three count charge alleged against them and  were  remanded in Ilesha prison custody of which the case was adjourned to Oct 16 for ruling on bail. 
The prosecutor counsel from the State ministry of justice,  Mr Moses Faremi had earlier applied that the plea  of the accused person  be for the police to proceed with the trial of the case.
Faremi told the court that the charges are related to the alleged criminal conspiracy and obtaining by false presence case involving the Osun State House of Assembly Leader, Hon Timothy Owoeye currently before the court.
 According to him the offense contravene section 418 punishable under section 419, section 383 (1) and section 390 (9) of the criminal code cap 34 volume 11.laws of Osun State 2002. 
However, Counsel to the suspect, M A Shitu  opposed  entertaining the charges by the magistrate court for lack of jurisdiction.  He described the charges brought by the police to the magistrate court which is criminal in nature as an abuse of court process having understood that is it only higher court that can entertain such matter and urged the court to dismiss the charges in its entirety.  
The Presiding Magistrate,  Segun Ayilara reserved ruling over jurisdictional issue in entertaining the charges and ordered that the two suspect be remanded in police custody pending determination.
When the case was called on Tuesday,  the prosecuting state counsel from the State ministry of justice, Mr Faremi opposed the bail application made by the Defense Counsel on the grounds that the duo accused person may not stand their trial and that they were arrested in different places .  
The Defense Counsel Barrister Ajibade Shittu urged the court to discountance the application of the prosecutor counsel  saying the duo accused are prominent people in the society and that they will provide a reliable and credible surety if granted bail. 
He said the essence of Bali is to allow the duo accused person to stand their trial to end. 
Barrister Shittu also  applied that the prosecutor should serve them a prove of evidence the hearing of the case. 
The presiding magistrate Olusegun Ayilara granted the duo accused person bail of 1m with two sureties. 
Ayilara ruled that one of the sureties must be a civil servant level 12 and must be a respected person who must be a landed property. 
The case was adjourned to Nov 9 for mention.
