A counseling firm, Pneuma Counselling Centre, Osogbo will on July 14, this year hold it’s “2018 School of Marriage” programme in the Osun state capital.
The one day marriage seminar with the theme: “Making Your Marriage Work” will come up at Wumzy Hotel, Tinumola Area, Capital, Osogbo at 10am.
The programme is expected to feature topics like understanding marriage, conflict resolution and the 12 phases of Marriage.
According to the convener of the marriage school, Odunlade Adesola, the seminar is expected to be attended by married men and women, corps members and youths in general.
Adesola, a certified marriage mentor said participation is free but stresed that registrationis compulsory. He asked interested participants to send their names, location and phone number to 08062748618.
He said, “the institution of marriage and relationship is one that deserves to be given attention and should take a high level of preparation before venturing into it if cracks are to be avoided but in our day it is not so.
“The number of divorce cases in marriages today is alarming because rather than preparing for the journey of marriage people take their whole time preparing for the wedding day.
“Unfortunately, those who try to prepare at all do not get the right information before going into it and thereby do not have the necessary prerequisites to make their marriage or relationships work.
“To this end, Pneuma Counselling Centre, a counselling, training, mentorship and life coaching firm is putting up her *2018 SCHOOL OF MARRIAGE* to help equip, adjust and redefine marriages and also prepare those who are preparing to get into it in order to enjoy the bliss that every marriage has the potential to provide if only the basic understandings and principles can be put in place.
