Makinde Charge New Elected Councilors To Be Good Ambassador To Their Constituencies

The former lawmaker representing Ile-Ife federal constituency, Honorable Rotimi Makinde has charged the newly sworn in local government councillors in Osun State to be focused and remain worthy of emulation while addressing the press in his hometown in Ile-Ife today.
Makinde said, “_As much as I congratulate the newly sworn in councillors in the state of Osun,i also want to remind them of the moral burden placed on them, they really need to be proactive in delivering their duties to ensure victory for the party come 2018 governorship election. As a realist,I strongly believe failure to do just that means they would all be the first casualties come November 27th 2018 without any bias thoughts._”
“_With this responsibility placed on you, the best way to justify the confidence bestowed on you is to continue to be a good ambassador at your various wards and to ensure you do only those things that would endear the party programs in the minds of the people.
The ex house of representative member who further his warning advice to the councillors among other leaders in the party to all  note that the challenges before Osun APC as a party is to ensure the continuity of  party in government which will be a collective responsibility and challenges for we all and not a time for merry making, failure to do just that is to see you been addressed as former councilors.
