A renowned politician in Osun State and onetime candidate of Action Democratic Party for Osun West Senatorial District in the last general elections, Prince Dotun Babayemi, has today declared his defection and welcomed to People’s Democratic Party PDP.
Prince Babayemi was welcomed into the party today at the Peoples Democratic Party state secretariat located at Biket Junction, along Osogbo-Ikirun Road, Osogbo, the state capital.
The political mogul is a philanthropist of great repute, who has done several community interventions and outreach programmes for the people of the state, especially the Osun West senatorial district.
Babayemi defected to the PDP along with other ADP bigwigs in the state, including Alhaji Bakare Akanmola, the Chairman of the defunct National Republican Convention (NRC)
Others are Alhaji Demola Jekayinfa, Alhaji Abbas Akinwale, Mr Abiodun Balogun, Chief (Mrs) Aduke Raji, Mr Abayomi Ajao, Elder Moses, Alhaji Alimi Alalde, Hon. Ojo Wasiu, Prince Alhaji Oyeleke Oyetunji, Hon. Alawode Kolade Micheal, Hon. Suraju Alade, Hon. Ibraheem Semiu, Hon. Akeem Akanni, Elder Rabiu Fatai.
