The Osun State Commissioner of Police, CP Olokode Olawale has appointed ASP Adesokan Theophilus Adekola as the new deputy Police Public Relations Officer.
This was revealed to AMILOADED in a statement on Monday signed by the State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Opalola Yemisi who said ASP Adesokan Theophilus Adekola took over from DSP Katayeyanjue Mustapha, who formerly doubled as deputy PRO and Desk Officer of Public Complaint Bureau (PCB) while the latter still maintains Desk Officer of Public Complaint Bureau under the Police Public Relations Office.
ASP Adekola hails from Tede in Atisbo Local Government Area of Oyo State.
He obtained B.Sc in Forensic Science from the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State where he graduated as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in 2019.
ASP Adekola has served in following capacities as Divisional Traffic Officer (DTO), Team leader of Prompt Response Unit (PRU) etc.
